Delicious Pot Roast
Ingredients:
3 – 4 # Chuck Roast
(With or Without Bone)
15 Oz Can Beef Broth
1 Box Knorr
Procedure:
Place roast in roaster, pour in beef broth ( broth should be about 1/2 way up on roast ), sprinkle dry soup mix over roast.
Cover and bake for 5 – 6 hours at 275 degrees or until roast falls apart.
Serves 4 – 6 people
